DMCA Takedown Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

ReelGallary (accessible at reelgallary.com or via local instance) respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

Disclaimer: The information provided on this page does not constitute legal advice. Copyright owners seeking legal advice should consult their own legal counsel.

1. No Affiliation with Meta or Instagram

ReelGallary is an independent web utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, or any of their affiliates.

2. Media Hosting & Storage Notice

ReelGallary does not host, store, archive, or permanently save downloaded Instagram media on its servers.

Our utility acts strictly as an on-demand download agent, fetching requested files directly from Instagram's content delivery networks (CDNs) and serving them to the user. No content is stored on our systems after the download process is completed.

Because we do not host copyrighted content, a takedown request sent to us cannot delete the original file. To permanently remove the content, you must submit a report or takedown request directly to Instagram/Meta. ReelGallary is not responsible for copyright violations committed by users.

3. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content accessible via ReelGallary infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.
