Private Account Content
ReelGallary only supports downloading public Instagram content. If the creator has restricted their profile to followers, we cannot bypass these settings. Make sure the target account is set to public.
Expired Story or Deleted Post
Instagram Stories expire after 24 hours. If a post is deleted by the creator, our backend scraper will return a 'Not Found' error. Verify that the post is still visible on Instagram.
Temporary Instagram or Server Limit
Sometimes Instagram rate-limits our server IP nodes, or our hosting backend encounters brief connection spikes. If you see extraction failures, wait 30 seconds and try again. It usually resolves instantly.
